The following discounts are automatically applied to longer bookings:
1–3 days: Standard rate
4–6 days: 20% discount
7–9 days: 30% discount
10+ days: 35% discount

Equipment collection and return takes place in Highbury & Islington N1, London. Full collection details are provided once your booking is confirmed.

Our standard 1-day hire is intended for an evening-to-evening period.
Collection is typically arranged between 6pm and 10pm on the evening before your shoot, with return at the end of your shooting day. Alternative arrangements may be possible by prior agreement.

All new customers must complete a 2-step verification process before their first rental.
This typically includes identity verification, proof of address, and proof of insurance covering hired-in equipment. The process usually takes around 10 minutes.

Yes.
We generally require insurance that explicitly covers hired-in equipment. If you do not currently have suitable cover, please get in touch as we may be able to suggest temporary insurance options.

All equipment is checked before every rental to ensure it is in full working order.
We work with trusted camera repair specialists, including Sendean, Asahi, PPP Cameras, to keep our equipment professionally serviced and maintained.

Unless otherwise stated, all equipment is supplied in full working order and maintained to a professional standard. Customers are encouraged to inspect the equipment upon collection.

Yes.
We often stock a selection of popular films, including Kodak Portra 400 in both 35mm and 120 formats. Availability varies, so please enquire when booking.
If we do not have the film you need, we will be happy to recommend trusted suppliers in London.

Yes.
Film cameras are supplied with one brand-new set of non-rechargeable batteries where required.
Digital cameras are supplied with two fully charged rechargeable batteries specific to the camera system.
Additional batteries can be supplied for an additional fee.

All digital camera bodies are supplied with:
Two fully charged batteries
Battery charger
Two memory cards (capacity may vary depending on the camera)
Tether cable and tether plate
Additional accessories and batteries can be added upon request.

Yes.
Delivery and collection may be available by prior arrangement and may incur additional charges.
Unless agreed otherwise, equipment is collected and returned in person from our N1 location.

The hirer is responsible for any loss, theft or damage that occurs during the hire period. We recommend ensuring your insurance policy adequately covers hired-in equipment.

We appreciate that schedules can change. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our business, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 72 hours before collection: Full refund
Between 24 and 72 hours before collection: 50% charge
Less than 24 hours before collection: 100% charge

As a general rule, all hired equipment must be collected and returned by the verified hirer. If alternative arrangements are required, please contact us in advance.

Yes.
We regularly work with production companies, agencies, brands, studios and other businesses.
If you are hiring on behalf of a company, we may require company registration details and proof of insurance covering hired-in equipment as part of the verification process.
